I'm Wearing
J. Crew Factory blazer
Gap silky button down
J. Crew ivory belt
Michael Kors watch
HoH inspired necklace, online group deal (via Facebook I think?)
Black clovers necklace, NYC Soho street vendor
Gap pants
Jessica Simpson (via DSW) leopard pumps
I couldn't decide which necklace I wanted to wear with this outfit, so I tried them both on at the same time and ended up liking them together - love it when that happens, it makes the decision so much easier. I think that's the secret to accessory layering - just randomly try stuff on together until it looks good. Actually that might be my entire getting-dressed philosophy... but let's pretend like there's more to it than that, shall we???
Ooh I love those 2 necklaces together!!! Great idea to pair them :) This is such a classic outfit - I really need more tailored shirts like this!
ReplyDeleteThanks Bri! The shirt is actually kind of meh and floppy on its own, but it's pretty decent under a blazer - layering FTW! :)
DeleteI've layered my necklaces like that a couple times as well and love it!! :) Really like your HoH (inspired) one.
ReplyDeleteLike the tan blouse with this for sure...unique but still a classic.
Thanks Tracy! :) I liked the tan blouse with this too, felt a little different than the usual white button-down.
DeleteLooking at the pictures I was thinking how I loved this combination of necklaces. It's funny how you just lucked into wearing them together!
ReplyDeleteThanks Inge! :)
DeleteI absolutely love this color combination. The pumps, blazer & blouse are gorgepus. But truly I am in love with your necklaces.
