Yipes Stripes

You guys, I have been having the worst morning.  It took me forever to pick an outfit and get dressed, even though I normally love stripes.  I finally figured out that I think my problem is that I don't usually wear stripes to work, so I didn't have anything in mind when I was getting dressed.  I love stripes, but usually I like to pair them with jeans or some kind of casual pants, so I felt kind of creatively stunted today since I didn't want to go with black pants and I still needed to be warm.  I was also running so late all morning, got in a fight with J about it, and the line was too long at Starbucks to get my morning coffee.  So sad.  Long story short, I'm not even sure how I feel about my outfit today... but here it is anyway after approximately 17 changes.

Also hate my posing and that some of these came out blurry.  Wtf Wednesday?

How's your day going?  I know it's only Wednesday, but this has felt like the longest week ever already, I can't wait for Friday!

  1. I love the coloured tights with this outfit.

    This does feel like a long week! For me, it's the first full week I've worked in a while, and that is making it feel like an eternity.

    I LOVE your outfit compared to mine, for the record. Those tights!?! Such a nice touch! I adore them!

    1. Gah I know - still can't believe how much trouble I had yesterday. After I got home, I had to clean up my closet disaster and I swear I had taken out like 4 different tops, 3 blazers, and 2 skirts that I didn't end up wearing! And you're too sweet, but I loved your outfit way more than mine!
