Work From Home

I was working from home on Monday, which usually involves wearing the same ratty pajamas or workout clothes that I slept in, but I decided to actually make an effort and get dressed this week.  The goal was to still be comfy but at least look presentable enough to leave the house.

It was a success - I was still comfy and loungey enough for the work from home part of the day, and I didn't have to do much of anything different when I went out later in the evening.  Do you ever work from home?  If you do, do you make an effort to get dressed up when you're at home?

  2. I 'work' from home all the time. in Australia, it was because I was a photographer. In the US it is because I am a housewife. When i can eventually work again here i will keep working from home. Unless I am ill, I get up and get dressed as if I am leaving the house. It keeps me focused and happy with myself x

  3. I agree with Jennifer, your engagement ring is stunning! I do work from home and it's hard to get all done up when it's just you. So no I am usually comfy, but not too the point where I am embarrassed when the UPS guy comes to the door :-)

    1. Thank you so much Mia! I totally agree, it's tough to put extra time/effort into getting ready when you're not going anywhere, so I'm trying to start doing just what you said - enough so that if someone does see me, I'm not embarrassed, haha :)
