Gamine

I wouldn't really consider myself "gamine" at all, but I can certainly appreciate (and borrow) the style for myself!  I recently got both these ankle pants and the silk top from Banana Republic for pretty amazing prices, if I do say so myself, so they were both still hanging on the closet door waiting to be put away.  When I woke up this morning, I noticed them next to each other and they just felt so right together for today.

I do wish I had some smoking loafers from yesterday's wish list - I think they really would have gone well with this look.  Leopard flats are always another favorite though, so I was placated with those for the day.  Until I go to Target later to buy some loafers.
