A little bit country

This week flew by at work because I was so busy catching up, but thankfully I was able to jet out early this afternoon so I could get some of this in before the end of the day:

Something about a summer shandy on a warm day just hits the spot.

Although it's not very exciting, I'm going to throw in a quick pic of today's casual Friday outfit, which I felt was a bit country (and not at all rock & roll).

Don't even worry about what shoes I'm wearing right now.  I wore white Chucks to work, but I had to get out of them as soon as humanly possible when I got home so my feet could breathe the sweet weekend air.  Let's just say that the current footwear of choice is rubber and may or may not say "Old Navy" somewhere on them 

 What are you up to this weekend?  I'm clearly relaxing this afternoon, hoping to catch up on sleep and blogs tomorrow morning, visiting with some friends and their new bundle of joy tomorrow afternoon, and definitely catching some of Blues Fest on Sunday with a secondary goal of taking some fun pics with the good camera.  Can you believe we're already over a week into June???  Time flies when the weather is nice!
